A TV discussion/debate on the issues of the long-pending Hmar Peoples’ Convention-D demand for implementation of the July 27, 1994 peace accord and Sinlung Hills Autonomous District Council was held at Aizawl, Mizoram, in November 2015.
The main political parties in the state – Congress, MNF, MPC and Zoram Nationalist Party – took part in the discussion.
