Hmar Inpui Tuithaphai Regional Conference Held at Rengkai, Manipur

Rengkai, Manipur | June 28, 2025 — The first Hmar Inpui Tuithaphai ‘Regional Conference’ was successfully held on June 28, 2025, at Rengkai, Manipur. The first session was conducted by Mr. Nathan Sanate, and began with an opening prayer led by Upa Laltanlien Joute, invoking divine guidance and unity. Mr. Lallienthang Intoate delivered the welcome address. Following this, the Secretary’s Report was presented by Mr. Sumrosiem Sanate, outlining the key developments and achievements of the past term while the Finance Report was presented by Mr. Lalropui D. Faiheng. The second session focused on electing new regional leaders for the term 2025–2028. The election proceedings were overseen by Chief Election Officer Dr. Vanlalnghakthang, who is also the Deputy Speaker of the Hmar Inpui GHQ Assembly Affairs. The Oath of Office was administered by Pastor Samuel Ramdinthar.
