Buorze (angl. bur-ze) is a perennial herb of subshrub that can be eaten raw, boiled, stewed, or as hmarchadeng (chutney). Its common name is Lanceleaf Blumea, and its botanical name is Blumea lanceolaria. One may say it’s an (untypical) delicacy for the Hmars.
